Bro. Wes was called to pastor Northside Baptist Church in the fall of 2006. He surrendered to full time ministry in the spring of 2006 after serving at Covenant Christian School in Conroe for thirteen years as a Bible teacher and varsity baseball coach. He graduated from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, TX in 1992. Bro. Wes married his wife Jill on June 2, 1990. He and his wife have two children.

Bro. Michael has been on full-time staff at Northside since June of 2003. He graduated from Pensacola Christian College with a B.A. in Music one month prior to the beginning of his ministry at Northside. Bro. Michael was born on April 9, 1980 in Sulphur Springs, Texas to B.M.A. missionaries Paul and Kerri Heuermann (Ghana, West Africa). He and his wife Christie were married in August of 2006, and they have a beautiful son, David, born in July 2007.
